Return Policy
Please choose carefully; fabric ordered and cut to a specific length cannot be returned. In the unlikely event of there being a fault with the product or incorrect products have been supplied, please contact us via email to make arrangements for its return. A refund or exchange will be made when the goods are returned in their original condition. Postal or courier charges will be refunded.

If, for some other reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us via email we will endeavour to resolve your concerns. A refund or exchange of goods may be possible, in which case we will make arrangements to accept their return.

We strive to provide the best products at reasonable prices and want you to have materials that will fulfil your quilting needs.

Colour Variance
Due to the nature of internet delivery, we cannot warrant the accuracy or suitability of any colours in this or any other web site. If you require a sample before ordering, please contact us make arrangements.

Delivery Policy

For deliveries within New Zealand we use a nationwide courier service. Minimum postage is $5.00 within New Zealand. Postage in calculated as you make your order and is shown with your final payment amount.

For overseas deliveries we mostly use the DHL Global Mail Service which delivers each parcel to the parcel postage service of your own country. Postage is charged is based upon the weight of the parcel and your delivery area. The postage is calculated as you process your order.

Please note that we do not have storage space to hold your order while we await the delivery of items on back-order.
